Tracey finished her Diploma in 2009. After graduation she worked in a busy sports clinic in Australia for one year where she worked with a lot of elite sports people and worked closely with the State Rugby Team 'The Western Force' before moving to London in 2010.

Tracey uses deep tissue and trigger point techniques to relieve muscle tension. She also gives clients stretching and advise for stretching that can be done at home to to continue the healing process. Tracey really enjoys working with people who are training for a specific event using massage as a preventative measure for injury and working alongside them as part of their training schedule.

Tracey will be completing a course to teach Pilates which can benefit the treatment by being able to advise corrective exercises for muscle imbalances and improve posture. She is also looking forward to completing a dry needling course to be able to have more treatments available to clients.

Tracey has been involved in sport her whole life competing in Surf Life Saving, Gymnastics at a State level and now enjoy long distance running and Triathlon.
