Gemma’s particular areas of interest are sports injuries, rehabilitation, and cancer rehabilitation.

Gemma’s passion for sport and exercise lead her into a career of Physiotherapy and it is this keen interest in exercise therapy that has led her to Pilates. Gemma has completed many of the APPI courses and continues to build upon her skills. She recently has trained to be an APPI presenter. She is also trained in Acupuncture and Myofascial Release therapy which she uses to complement her manual Physiotherapy skills and exercise therapy. Gemma additionally is a PINC cancer rehabilitation provider.

Gemma loves to travel and live an active lifestyle. She enjoys taking part in many sports such as horse riding, running, and skiing. Since returning from Overseas she is now an Advanced open water PADI diver. This year she hopes to compete in several triathlons, and keep up with all of her other activities.
