Erin Riddell

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2009. Upon graduating Erin moved to Sydney where she worked in a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice specialising mainly in the assessment and treatment of dancers. Obtaining her Mat Pilates qualifications while at University Erin has taught clinical pilates classes for over 9 years.

Erin uses a variety of manual therapy techniques to achieve great results with clients from dry needling to fascial releases and mobilisations. Having trained in the LJ Lee Thoracic Ring approach Erin has a particular interest in treating necks and backs. From her extensive work with dancers she also has interest in the foot, ankle, and hip. Erin is fascinated with the biomechanics of the human body and regularly attends courses to ensure she is up to date with the latest Physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.

In her spare time Erin loves getting out and about on her bike and discovering all London has to offer. She enjoys baking and traveling and has recently qualified as a marriage celebrant to officiate the weddings of her close friends and family.
