Anna Beldham

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPHTY), MCSP, MHCPC

Anna graduated from Otago University in New Zealand in 2007. She worked in the public sector in NZ before moving to the UK in 2010. Initially she worked in Orthopaedics within both the NHS and private hospitals. This has given her a wider base of knowledge in complex cases and pre and post-operative management. Since being in the UK she has broadened her skillset further by completing her APPI Pilates training in both mat and reformer. This has been extended further by training in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates.

Anna treats all areas of the body but has a special interest in spinal rehabilitation, back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. She enjoys working with clients to achieve optimal results and a return to their activities in better form.

Anna enjoys travelling and exploring new places, walking and continuing to challenge her own Pilates practice. Having recently become a mother Anna understands time constrains of busy lifestyles, but also the importance of keeping up your personal health and wellbeing in order to maintain a happy and balanced lifestyle.
