The next level in the matwork Pilates training series which focuses on group teaching and empowers you to begin the journey from clinician to instructing Pilates classes.
The third and final level in the matwork Pilates training series which focuses on the intermediate and advanced movements in the APPI repertoire.
The Matwork Certification exam is open to those students who have completed the Matwork Series, the Comprehensive Matwork Pilates course and our Matwork Bridging course. Although each exam consists of two components; a practical exam and a theory exam, the exams differ depending on what course you have attended. The practical and theory exams are both an hour in duration and will cover everything taught in the Pilates matwork courses and the recommended reading.

Run over 4 separate weekends the Equipment Certification Series covers training on the Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair, Arc Barrel and Reformer.
This 1 day course will guide you through the development of a reasoned Pilates program for anyone pre or post spinal surgery.
The course will begin by reviewing the 3 most prominent surgeries of laminectomy, discectomy and fusion. A review of why one type of surgery would be chosen over another and the implications each surgery type has to the rehabilitation options preferred.

This insightful workshop explores the hip joint and its common imbalances in today’s populations. Learn how to create a program of exercises for improved mobility, stability, strength and balance around the hip. We will review selective and evolved Pilates movements, along with specific cueing and correction techniques to foster healthy hips! We will also explore the use of the resistance loop bands for heightened feedback and precision in these Pilates exercises.
