LC PhysiotheraPilates runs Physiotherapist Led Pilates classes in and around Aberdeen.

We are looking for APPI trained Pilates instructors to teach existing matwork Pilates classes in Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

We currently run 12 Pilates matwork classes a week in and around Aberdeen City and the Shire.  Classes that we require to be covered are all well established and running at full capacity on a consistent basis.

 We are looking for instructors to cover any of the following classes from February 2018:

Tuesday 9.30am and 10.30am (beginners/intermediate), City Centre

Wednesday 6pm (beg/int), Cults

Wednesday 7.30pm (intermediate/advanced), City Centre

Thursday 9.30am (beg/int), Peterculter

Classes are all taught in local halls/community centres, a car driver is therefore essential.  We will provide a full set of mats, headblocks and bands for each instructor, and have sets of ova balls, circles and weights that can be rotated amongst instructors as and when needed.

Nordic Balance is a boutique health and fitness company based in St James, in central London. We have a multi-disciplinary team of 15 working out of our beautiful health club, and offer Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Physio, Osteo, Chiro, Sports Therapy and more. 

We are currently looking for an experienced (minimum 2 years) Pilates teacher to join our team. Ideally you should also be able to offer another service like Personal Training, Physiotherapy or Yoga, although this is not mandatory. This role is to take over from an existing teacher, so to start there will be between 12 and 15 classes and 1-2-1 sessions per week, spread through Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The ideal start date for this role is mid-September 2017. 

We offer a combination of 1-2-1 and small group (maximum 6 people per class) training, with the majority of our sessions taking place in our gym. We do also work with some local companies (within walking distance from us).
