tri for life

Our APPI approved partners who combine charity with exciting multisport events!

tri for life was set up in 2007 as a registered charity with a simple ambition. Provide a fantastic multisport event for participants and their families and encourage them to raise money for charity along the way. With eight events under our belt, it’s clear that sometimes the simple ideas are the most effective.
Our vision has paid off with increasing demand for the Woburn Abbey Triathlon and, most importantly, an increasingly significant contribution to our charity partners.

tri for life presents The Woburn Abbey Triathlon, set in one of the most spectacular locations in Bedfordshire. One of the UK’s most loved triathlons, it has become famed for its iconic venue and unrivalled family experience. Highlights of the event include stunning views of The Abbey and deer park, great event village with kids zone and the closed road cycle route through the picturesque roads surrounding Woburn.

Now in its 9th year, tri for life has raised over £2m for its charity partners. In 2017, we will be raising money for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, Melanoma Focus and a charity chosen by You, the entrants – click here to vote.

We continue along this incredibly ambitious and exciting journey combining family fun, health and fitness and charity support. tri for life

APPI's CHARITY FOR 2017: Great Ormond Street Hospital

... quoted from the letter sent to us by cchf-all-about-kids

“Thank you so much for your most generous donations totalling £1100 towards the work of CCHF All About Kids, to enable seriously disadvantaged children to enjoy, and obtain lasting benefit from, our activity and respite breaks. May we express our deep appreciation, and that of the children, for this support over Christmas.

In total the monies raised by APPI Health Group will be invaluable in contributing towards the cost of one of our 2016 breaks and support 4 disadvantaged children from the London Boroughs of Camden and Wandsworth.

...It has been wonderful to work with you”
